2022 Birtley XC Relays — Start of the senior women's relay, Lord Lawson Academy, Sunday 16 Jan, 2022.

The annual Birtley cross country relays returned to Lord Lawson of Beamish school for a 2 lap 3k circuit with ideal conditions for competitors.

Chris Perkins with the second fastest leg helped BIrtley AC to second position in the senior men.

A Gosforth Harrier heads towards the descent into the second field.

Carl Avery, Morpeth Harriers returned to XC with the senior men's fastest leg.
